We collect your information, do a primary assessment and place you with the lender we feel we can get you the best deal with. Once this is done, we send your information for assessment and keep you updated along the way. You do not need to contact the lender throughout the application process, we do this for you.
Once we have an outcome on your application, we update you accordingly. We look after the process from start to finish, whatever the outcome.
If approved, we will work with you to cover your loan documents and ensure you understand what you are signing. Once you receive your funds, if you have any payment questions of queries, they will go through the lender. We will also keep in contact and explain if your application is not successful.
