ROOMS
Our boarding house comprises 18 single rooms. All rooms are furnished with a bed (we do not supply linen), drawers, fridge, a small vanity with washbasin, and a TV connection. For the safety and comfort of our residents, each room is also fitted with a smoke detector and sprinkler, and all rooms are well insulated.
LOCATION
The Remuera Lodge is centrally located between Remuera & Greenlane with 2 supermarkets and access to public transport (incl. bus & train services) within easy walking distance. The main Remuera Village shopping precinct, library & the Mercy Ascot hospital are all only a few minutes’ walk from the property.
FACILITIES
Our residents enjoy access to a communal kitchen, lounge (with large TV & gas fireplace), free laundry and a sunny outdoor deck area. Residents share bathrooms located throughout the property. We do have several car parking spaces on the property and there is plenty of parking on the street directly outside. The property also has several established garden areas (incl. a BBQ area) with residents actively maintaining their own vegetable garden. The common areas of the Lodge are cleaned daily.
