My goal is to help people gain perspective and get the best out of themselves and the people around them.
Business and life can get tough, busy and a bit isolated; I know, I was there when I was the General Manager and shareholder of a prominent cycle tourism business for 12.5 years! I will help you view and review where you/your business are now, versus where you want to be; then I work with you to create a plan for how you will get there.
You are the driver, I will just help you set the direction by asking questions, challenging you and enabling you to verbalise your thoughts while I listen for opportunities to ask questions, pose ideas, challenge, support and hold you accountable for doing what you say you will do.
It is recommended people try coaching for at least 6 sessions, or approximately 3 months, but it is totally flexible and up to you. Meetings are up to an hour in duration, I take notes throughout, summarise, add comments and suggest tools or ideas for you to use as you please.
I enjoy working with individuals and groups. Some common topics to discuss include planning, leadership, delegation, organisational culture, communication, time or career management and work/life balance. Again, this is up to you.
