Fitness is Fun is an outdoor training community for women 40+, designed to help you feel strong, confident, and full of energy again. Our sessions are supportive, social, and tailored to your level — no judgment, no egos, just a great group of women who love moving together and feeling their best.

We also specialise in Helping everyday Runners, COMFORTABLY Run FASTER, and FURTHER while feeling easier. 

Coaching and training with everyday runners to make Running a more enjoyable sport, get fewer injuries, get inspired and keep motivated.

A runner of always I have suffuered the highs and lows of running with getting faster, starting again after kids, getting injured many many times, but I also see many awesome people out there trying to run and it looks hardwork and it looks uncomfortable, I have built a business to support runners 

with - Strength training to help you run further

Technique to make running feel easier

Motivation through regular varied group trainings
