She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Deans Award for Academic Excellence), Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma in Herbal Medicine, and a Bachelor of Education. She has completed hundreds of hours of professional development training in gut disorders, inflammatory conditions, methylation testing, auto-immune conditions, menopause, insomnia, & stress related conditions and actively pursues her professional education.
