MC Legal is a specialist immigration law practice. Michelle is the Director and has a number of years' of experience practising exclusively in immigration law.
Michelle has assisted businesses of varying sizes across a number of industries with their immigration related queries (including Employer Accreditation). She specialises in immigration compliance (including dealings with the Labour Inspectorate) and has worked closely with Human Resource Managers to audit employment-related documentation and immigration policies to ensure ongoing immigration compliance.
She has assisted both offshore and onshore individuals and their families with all stages of the visa application process, represented clients in the District Courts and Immigration and Protection Tribunal, and has helped clients when facing deportation proceedings. Where language is a barrier, Michelle is able to converse and advise Chinese clients in Mandarin or Cantonese where appropriate.
