Get Frank VA (Virtual Assistant) is a virtual assistant business owned by myself, Robyn Pouw, to support entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout New Zealand, offering administrative services.

With over 20 years of experience in administrative roles ranging from Personal Assistant to Executive Assistant, I bring a wealth of administration and customer service expertise. I have a strong background in developing new office systems and improving on current systems.

In addition, I have more than three years of experience as a direct procurement professional, specializing in both domestic and international sourcing. My work in this area included importing products, managing categories, building strategic supplier relationships, training colleagues, and providing supervisory support to my team, all while reducing the cost of goods. I have a proven track record of success with General Merchandise product imports from Asia.
