Home energy systems are rarely serviced after installation. Heat pump filters accumulate dust and organic growth. Ventilation filters block and push contaminated air through the home. Solar panels collect grime that quietly cuts into daily output. None of it is obvious until performance drops or a fault appears.
MiHT services all three system types through a one-off visit or a structured annual care plan. Heat pump servicing covers wall, floor, ducted and multi-split configurations. Ventilation servicing covers positive pressure, balanced and HRV systems as well as extraction fans. Solar care includes panel cleaning and a condition check.
