Grass Edge Cutter

Received this item in a cardboard box with no packaging. It arrived with the handle sticking out of a torn hole in the box. A loose nut in the box doesn’t fit a screw that has no nut. There were no assembling instructions & without these, I’m boggled as to how to put it together. I would think this would be a safety hazard, given the sharp blade.
Disappointed to say the least.
